Mmm mmm good!

One of my absolute favorite foods, besides ice-cream, bruschetta!!! Love it! Although I usually don't add the mozzarella to it like I think "real" bruschetta is supposed to have, it is still so yummy just like this...



The best part about it is buying it ready- made at Giant!! Slice a baguette and toast it in the oven for 5 minutes (or buy those ready made too). Perfect snack, lunch, appetizer, or sometimes even my dinner. I also love spreading it over some grilled chicken! I also often use this as an app for parties! Yum!
