Great purchase for Summer Traveling!

This Christmas we purchased the Sylvania 7" Dual Screen Mobile DVD system for our new car.  We had debated having the Entertainment system installed in our car for thousands of dollars and decided it wasn't worth it. Instead we began looking for a system that attached to the headrests.  As usual I checked Walmart.com ( I love Walmart.com) to see what deals they had and found the Sylvania system for $89!!! I am so happy I didn't spend thousands on another system.

We never installed the system (not sure why, haven't really needed it until now I guess), but decided it would be great to have for our 8 hour drive to the OBX. This DVD player is awesome (well for $89 its awesome).  My daughter is still rear facing in her carseat so we attached it to the rear headrest.  Fortunately we have an adapter plug in the rear of our car or the cord to plug it in wouldn't reach the front seat. It has a remote so we could control everything from the front seat.  Only two complaints I have are that it is a little difficult to change the DVD because the headrest attachments cover the opening for the DVDs and that it turns off everytime you turn the car off so we end up watching the beginning of the movie several times! Other than that we LOVE it! And the price was perfect! If you are in the market for a Mobile DVD player check out their website, last I checked they are still $89!
